Hot wheels Silver series 2026 Compact Kings #4 2015 Mazda Mx-5 Miata orange JKX56

The 2026 Compact Kings set (MPN: GDG44-9C7Q) is a five-car lineup packed with JDM and Euro cult favorites: a Honda Civic Type-R EK9 in purple, a 2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata in orange, a Subaru WRX STI, and a Nissan Sentra SE-R. It’s one of the strongest compact car lineups Hot Wheels has put into a Silver Series set — serious street cred all the way down.

Absolutely. The EK9 Type-R is one of the most culturally significant compact cars ever made, and Hot Wheels doesn’t cast it often. The purple colorway in the Compact Kings set (JKX57) is distinctive and unlikely to be repeated — which is exactly what makes it collectible.

Yes, the entire Hot Wheels Silver Series 2026 Compact Kings set is a Walmart exclusive. You can find the complete set or individual cars like the Honda Civic Type-R EK9 and Mazda MX-5 Miata at JTC Collectibles.

The 2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata in orange (JKX56) is a standout because Miata castings in the Silver Series are relatively uncommon. The orange colorway pops, and the body style appeals to a wide range of collectors — from JDM fans to sports car enthusiasts who grew up around them.

Silver Series sets like Compact Kings use better tooling, more detailed tampos, and often feature metal bases depending on the casting. The difference is immediately noticeable when you hold one — they feel like collector pieces, not toys. That’s the whole point of the Silver Series line.
